Return Policy:
No returns after 90 days from purchase. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Exception: Interstate Wholesaler customers: no returns after 30 days of purchase.
All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No items can be returned unless pre-approved by Van Dyk Business Systems. Approved items must have an RMA #. All RMA returns should be shipped to Van Dyk Business Systems via UPS. Any RMA product must be received by Van Dyk Business Systems within 30 days of authorization, or RMA will be cancelled. Contact the Office Supply Division at 412- 279-9105 for more information.
Items that have been opened cannot be returned, unless proven to be defective. Please check the item to be certain that the packaging and the seal are still intact.
If upgrading to a new copier or fax machine provided by Van Dyk Business Systems, toner for your current machine can be returned to Van Dyk Business Systems if the supplies were acquired from Van Dyk Business Systems. If the toner was purchased from Van Dyk Business Systems, you will receive a 100% credit toward supplies for your new product.

We do not share e-mail names collected on our site for purposes of permitting other companies to market to you through e-mail. Providing us your e-mail address will not result in your receiving unsolicited commercial e-mail from any party, except Van Dyk Business Systems and its subsidiaries.
